Payment Policy


As per standard industry practice, 
payment on the day of treatment is required.  

Please note our trading terms and conditions and facilities
 we offer for payment.

 

 

All In-House Consultations & Routine Day Stay Surgery

Small & Large Animals:

Payment is to be made in full on the day of the consultation / treatment.
 and is payable on discharge.

 

 

Hospital Admission

Small & Large Animals:

            An estimate will be given to you prior to admission.

            50% of the lower end of the estimate must be paid on admission.

            Balance to be paid in full on discharge.

 

 

Out Calls

Payment is required on the day by one of the following methods:

 

            Credit card details retained on file by GVH
             - you will be adivised of the amount prior to processing payment, 
your card will be debited within 48 hours
 
            Credit card payment authority form authorised on the day
            – we will call you with the total amount payable 
                and will debit your card within 48 hours
 
             Cheque / cash / mobile eftpos machine at the time of consultation
            – your attending vet will give you the total amount payable on completion 
of the treatment and payment in full is required
 
We appreciate the requirement for veterinary services is usually unplanned 
and large bills can quickly accrue.  

To assist with this, credit is offered through Certegy Ezi-Pay Finance. 

Certegy charge a one off $30 set up fee and no interest payable
Payments are made to Certegy fortnightly over 3, 6 or 12 months.
